2025 Nerthus Pinot Noir

I didn’t produce the Nerthus in 2024, but due to demand, I resumed production in 2025 but made it in a different way than before. This version is made of 22% Early Muscat, 22% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot blanc, and 1% black raspberry wine. It is a blend of ML-complete wines that were fermented (both primary and secondary) and aged separately. This is not technically a rosé: the colour is from the addition of a black raspberry wine that I made from a nearby 5th generation farm in 2025 that is also sold separately.

This Nerthus is a pale, peachy salmon-coloured wine with brilliant transparency. It has peach, oyster shell minerality, and hints of black raspberry notes on a very appealing frame. It’s juicy, mouthwatering, and very delicious-and it’s bone dry. I hope you enjoy this alpine-feeling wine with a touch of indigenous berry as much as I have enjoyed making it.

Appellation: Willamette Valley A.V.A.

Élevage: Early Muscat and Grüner: stainless tanks. Chardonnay and Pinot blanc: neutral 228L Burgundy barrels. Black raspberry wine: stainless tank.

Bottling Date: 8 April 2026

Bottle of 2022 Kelley Fox Albarino

2025 Albariño

This small bottling of Albariño is fun to produce, and I love it more each year! The fruit was whole cluster pressed after picking and spent its entire life in a small stainless tank. The colour is youthful gold with brilliant transparency in the glass with lots of light. The nose begins with an immensely appealing saline, oceanic freshness on the nose with delicious tropical citrus and a hint of exotic flowers. The same is carried on the palate with mouth-watering acidity. It feels like fresh spring sunshine.

2025 Gruner Veltliner

The Grüner is always a fun wine to produce, and I’m happy every year that I can offer this bottling to you. To keep its super fresh character, this wine completed both primary and ML in tank, and it remained in tank until bottling. The brilliantly transparent 2025 is a rich, spun gold. The nose is super fresh and enticing with plenty of fruit reminiscent of creamy pear and key lime with exotic spices. These fruits and spices are carried in the palate along with delicious melon notes and a spicy finish, with the richness balanced by the refreshing acidity. Drinking this Grüner reminds me of the best part of summer.

Bottle of Kelley Fox 2025 Pinot Blanc

2025 Willamette Valley Pinot Blanc

I’m happy to introduce this new bottling of Pinot blanc, a blend of 70% Freedom Hill Vineyard with 30% Stater Vineyard. In the glass, it is a pale, pastel cheerful yellow and brilliantly transparent. The nose is filled with soft, talcum-like minerals, and subtle creamy tropical notes with a hint of vanilla. The mouth is rich, creamy tropical with perfect acidity to balance. It has beautiful texture and weight without the heaviness. The finish is long. I love Pinot blanc, and I hope you enjoy this wine as much as I do.
